Food This Week 17




Produce Box

This week's box had 2 zucchini, a cucumber, a pear, an apple, a potato, an avocado (with plenty of time to ripen), 2 sweet potatoes, and a double batch of spinach (already made into pesto).


Menu
Friday: eggs, toast, fruit / leftovers/sandwich, tomato/cucumber salad; fish sticks, oven fries, steamed zucchini / VISIT SISTER
Saturday: apple w/ PB, leftovers/sandwich; sticky chicken, rice, peas / VISIT SISTER (bagels?)
Sunday: pesto pasta from work, pear, sliced cucumber; whole salmon, bread from work, steamed zucchini
Groceries:
  • potatoes

  • frozen pies

  • cottage cheese
  • lemon
Monday: apple w/PB, softboiled eggs; tuna sandwich, leftover pasta; cottage cheese, applesauce
Tuesday: applesauce, oatmeal; leftover salmon, pesto pasta / SOAK & COOK BEANS
Wednesday: [WORK LUNCH] / black beans, rice, shredded cheese, veggies; fish sticks, baked sweet potatoes, goat cheese, applesauce
Thursday: leftover lunch or oatmeal & fruit; pizza
