The Chairs Are Where the People Go: When I received the book on hold, I realized it was very short-form fiction, like essays or news articles, and their voice did not captivate me.

Best book of the month: Sunrise on the Reaping

I'm glad I got to learn more about what happened in Haymitch's Hunger Games and the previous generation of District 12.

Worst book of the month: Hold My Girl

Eh. It was all right -- the setup of a mixup in a fertility clinic was gripping -- but it took me a looooong time to commit to finishing this one. 

I passed the 50-book mark! I set a low goal this year so I wouldn't have to rush at the end. It feels good.
